The program begins with a full day of visioning, followed by a series of monthly group coaching sessions, and access to two trained Tiara Program Coaches throughout the year. As a participant you will meet in person with a group of 12 – 15 women for the entire year. During the program, you cycle through the following six distinctions, practically applying them to your life and achieving your top priority results:

• Acceptance. Acceptance of self, others, and circumstances.
• Clarity. Becoming clearer and clearer on your true desires.
• Results. Accomplishing your most desired results easily.
• Alignment. Aligning your life with values, callings, and purpose.
• Well Being. Taking care of yourself first.
• Community. Feeling connected to your communities.

Each program is facilitated by two experienced, professional, trained Tiara Program Coaches. You can access these coaches between sessions throughout the program. Your Tiara community is a place where you go for connection, clarity, acceptance, rejuvenation, and gracious accountability for fulfilling on your desired results.

True Leadership Experience Program Spring 2012

You are an adventurous, conscious,  leading edge woman who knows clearly that your life is to be lived, not survived. You are wanting to make a difference from the core of your being. You want to feel good about the choices you make. You want to live your life to the fullest and be an inspiration to others.

It is one thing to be aware of the “inner call to action” and it is quite another to actually take the next step. This True Leadership Experience will show you “how” to do just that, in a way that feels good. You will get the tools, the support and the space.

When we practice True Leadership we build on our unique strengths and inspiration; we effortlessly inspire others and have influence. The source of True Leadership is inspiration: being connected to your inspiration will motivate you in  any circusmtance. It is your power source.

Key components

A 1-day planning session at the start  in Wageningen:  on March 9 you will have a plan that lines you up with your core-being, your values, callings and purpose and you will get the basics of your innate,  authentic guidance system.

A 1-week journey to Jordan, March 25- April 1: you travel with your plan and learn how to use it in combination with your guidance system. You will gain a better understanding of occurrences, while enjoying the magic of traveling and being on your way.

Support:  the company of 6-12 like minded women and 2 coaches will enlighten your route.

The part through Jordan will include testing gravity in theDead Sea, leading your camel through the Desert of Wadi Rum and exploring the magic of the ancient  City of Petra. Both the Wadi Rum Protected Area and Petra are on UNESCO’s list of  World Heritage sites. 

Integration in your personal and professional life: you will continue “to travel” while using your plan and guidance system. Your True Leadership will show firm and obvious to others. You will pair up in buddies to help you keep your eyes and heart on the road. You will stay in touch with your coaches and ensure the support that serves you.

After 8 weeks  we meet again in group and share results: this is about sharing accomplishments,  tuning up plans, and feeling refreshed to move on. You will leave inspired and supported to pursue your unique purpose from your place of True Leadership.
