Some of us have official leadership roles, some of us lead more informally. This series is perfect for you, wherever you are on your leadership journey.

We are in the middle of our yearlong dialogue, inquiry, and practice about True Leadership. We are all leaders in our lives and our work, even if there are moments that it feels like all is outside of our control.

We’ve spent January and February diving into the foundation of True Leadership: Awareness. You can listen to the past recording here, if you missed it. Results focuses on accomplishment, either by yourself or through others, with focus, alignment, ease, and grace. True Leadership does not include driving projects and micro-managing others.
