How is coaching different than therapy?

Therapy looks into the past to discover the roots of issues that you are currently experiencing. It is a helpful model. Coaching, however, assumes that you are healthy and well and focuses on creating the future.

How are the coaches trained?

Tiara Program Coaches have all received coach training through a qualified institution. They are then trained in the Tiara methods via Tiara International LLC.

Who are these women who participate in Tiara?

These women are between 25 – 65 who want to engage proactively and creatively with what’s next in their life. They are single, married, divorced. They have young children, grown children, no children. They are all balancing multiple priorities around work, home, family, health, and more.
