I love this! It really strikes me that peace and ease are choices to be made and not feelings that will just wash over us when the perfect sequence of events occurs. In fact there is ALWAYS something to worry about if we look hard enough.

I'm relating this to the experience of moving recently. We hired movers for the first time ever, and I noticed what a strong urge I had to help...as if I hadn't already done enough by packing, wrapping, and labeling everything. While there certainly wasn't anything wrong with carrying a few boxes, was it really worth it when I could have just sat outside and sipped on some iced tea and enjoyed the moment? In the end I did a little of both. Quirky me.
