We are immensely grateful to all of the women who came before us, giving us the myriad of choices that we have today. We, as women, can do anything. The pitfall is that now many of us feel like we have to do everything (and do it perfectly): career, family, friendships, relationships, fitness, finances, spirituality, education. The list goes on and on. Powerfully choosing priorities gives us a sense of clarity, purpose, focus, and peace.

Inspiring Ourselves …
So what do we choose? Women often try to figure out what to do to please others or succeed based on someone else’s rules. Real power comes from connecting to our own inspiration and choosing to do the things that support that. When we do, we are happier, healthier, more effective and a MUCH greater contribution to our communities, workplaces, and families.
